Sara Roth is an interior designer specializing in healthcare environments. Her studio focuses on nursing homes and senior living, alongside addiction treatment and rehabilitation centers, ABA clinics, and other care settings — drawn to durable, human materials and calming, dignified spaces that put residents and patients first.
Every project balances warmth with the real demands of care — safety, accessibility, infection control, and wayfinding — without ever feeling clinical. The result is environments that comfort residents, support staff, and reassure families the moment they walk in.
The studio works with healthcare facilities nationwide, from its home base in New Jersey to projects in New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, California, and Indiana.

Working nationwide, based in New Jersey
Sara Roth Design works with healthcare owners and operators across the United States. Our studio is based in Carteret, New Jersey, and recent projects include facilities in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, California, and Indiana. We travel for site visits and coordinate remotely with local architects, contractors, and installers.
